CMS Admission Process

Steps for Enrollment:

  1. Schedule a tour

New families must schedule a tour to meet the staff and tour the school. Existing or returning families may request an application without repeating the tour.

  2. Submit an application

After a tour, you will be sent a link to our application via the Brightwheel Portal. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee.

  3. Complete Family Interview

The family interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your child better. It may consist of Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaire as well as a Family Questionnaire. We encourage all parents/guardians to complete the questionnaires.

  4. Receive Notification of Admission

Admission decisions for the 2024-25 school year will be emailed by Friday, February 16, 2024 provided that you have completed the admissions process before January 31, 2024. If you complete the admissions process after January 31, 2024 admission decisions will be made on an ongoing basis until programs fill. Priority is given to current families, then alumni families, then based on order of received application.

  5. Submit Enrollment Agreement/Registration

Your child’s space will only be reserved upon receipt of the Enrollment Agreement and non-refundable registration fee. All Enrollment Agreements and fees will be processed via the Brightwheel Portal.
